I customize one day wellness and transformational change workshops, including topics on nutrition, exercise, brain repatterning, and more. My class format generally includes breakfast and lunch, yoga with a registered yoga teacher and three classes.
My class format includes lecture, exercises, samples, and Q&A sessions, and workshop handouts are always included. Workshops are available in-person at your company or retreat resort location throughout the US and abroad or via teleclass or video-conferencing.
A recent example of a customized 1 Day 2 Wellness Workshop begins with a Good Morning Yoga session to gently wake the body and prepare the mind. Post-yoga breakfast includes raw organic smoothies (including recipes), followed by a morning workshop on Changing Your Habits by Retraining Your Brain Using EFT, NLP & More.
Enjoy a catered organic vegetarian lunch and a small respite, then we'll continue with an Ayurvedic workshop, including discovering your Dosha (body-type) and what foods and exercises are best suited to you.
We finish with late afternoon Vinyasa Flow Yoga, which strengthens and energizes you, followed by Stress Relieving Tools: Guided Visual Imagery and Meditation.
You'll leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, renewed and ready to take small steps to big changes in your career, health, relationships & environment!
